Legal parental rights
In the state of TN my single daughter got pregnant by a man that is still legally married to another woman. He has offered no means of support for my daughter and I have had to totally take care of her and the expense of the coming baby. She has decided not to have his name on the birth certificate so that the child will have her last name and this is not sitting well with the man. Due to the fact that he is still married does he have any legal rights to the upbring of this child and is he entitled to any visitation rights?
Thanks, Concerned Grandmother |

he will once he establishes paternity. his marital status is irrelevent. he and your daughter will be the only ones with rights to the child. not you, and not his wife. |
