OSC child support modification -- California

Filed osc for child support modification. I am the non-custodial parent. ran xspouse for calculation with imputed income of 1300 for custodial parent, 25.21% split, and 400 for insurance. I put in her numbers from her income and expense report. Now i get a call from an attorney saying she doesn't want imputed income, i shoudln't be able to claim insurance and because the sports she signs my child up for takes place on my weekends and summer time it should lower my custodial time. I thought I was being nice to let him still go even though I said no to the sports. Still the judge ruled previously that my insurance premiums stay and that I had a right to request imputed income. Is there attorney just trying to bamboozle me into signing something and not go to court? This is california btw.

Tell the attorney you need anything in writing before you can consider it.

Then have counsel and/or the court review his position.
Seems he may be pushing you incorrectly to me.
