Modification questions: Can I ask to have his rights revoked?

I recieved my a child support modification packet with my ex husbands financial information (dated april 2010)and I have 20 days to reply. My main questions are: Is the financial info he provided 6 months ago going to work or should I request more up to date info? Also, he is ordered to carry insurance on our daughter and hasn't since march, he also hasn't had any contact with our daughter since jan 2010. So can I ask to have his rights revoked since it's obvious he does not want to be involved in her life?

No. That's not a long enough time to try to revoke a parent's rights.

I wish to inform you that you may have full custody of child. In this regard you may show that father is not taking care of child and this fact can be seen from the fact that father has not met the child. Further as regards financial information if you know of some material change in income then you may demand more information but if there is no material change in income then you may not demand more information.
