Child Custody and Support. Father Wants to See My Son.
About 3 weeks ago, I heard from the guy who got me pregnant. My son is now 3 years old. There has not been any contact between the the father nor myself because he was and still is married and left me when he found out that he had gotten me pregnant. Now he wants to see my son but without the responsiblity of the whole package. What can I do on the legal stand point?

You can also seek child support (whether he visits or not) but the the father normally will have a right to see his child, if he wants. Courts will grant some kind of visitation if you two cannot agree.
