I live in Nevada, so don't know what the right steps are?

I got the packet fr the review order, but am scared to fill it out, and wonder how my wife would be affected?

Do I have to go in person again to the court mediator in San Diego where they are filing it? Is that the best option?

My monthly expenses pretty much meet what I earn, but is that acceptable to keep the same monthly payment? I earn $2200 after tax and pay $212 a month. I see her when she is on school vacation and some weekends when I go to San Diego.

Generally review of child support is done when there is a change of some material circumstances. In this regard you may be present either in person or through an attorney before court mediator in San Diego unless your personal presence is specifically required. For the application, it can be submitted either in person or by mail.
