Default I'm the payee in Ontario Canada

I receive child support in Ontario, and my ex has recently asked me for my financial information. Am i obligated to provide this to him, he doesnt pay for any extra's. Our agreement only has in it that he needs to provide me with his financials, doesnt mention my having to provide them. Are there provincial or federal guidelines dictating that i need to provide my statements?

He needs a court order if he wants more from you.

The order stands as it is.

In Ontario child support has nothing to do with the recipients income at all unless there is a claim for hardship made through the courts. If the FRO asks for your income call your case worker and ask why and explain there is nothing in the order stating that you have to provide it. They already have a copy of the order.

If the FRO is handling your ex's hardship claim then they will inform you and send you the paperwork. If they ask for your information trust me they have the right to. They have lawyers for their lawyers.
