Default A fathers rights

In my divorce decree it states my ex and I will meet half way with our daughter to drop off to one or pick up for the other. We live 6 hrs apart. She is now stating I have to come the whole way, she will not meet me. I said ok I will come get her but then she will have to get her from me. She says if i don't bring her back ''she will call the law'' on me. Could I get in trouble for this? She lives in NC and I live in MD. She lives at her moms and I get her spring break, Christmas and Thanksgiving break the whole summer and various weekends through out the year.

id remind her of the decree stating that she is supposed to meet you halfway., and if she doesnt comply, you will file contempt charges on her.the court makes the rules, not her

She does have to comply and if she will not then document every incident. Agreed, she should be subject to contempt if she wants to play these kinds of games.
