Confused Paternity

The father of my child is requesting a paternity test. My daughter is now 10 months old. He is asking for the test as "peace of mind". Am I legally required to pay for half or any of the testing when I know he is the father and I do not need any closure from the testing?

No, unless the judge orders it.
