No Contact with Son

Last July I gave my ex-custody of my 14 now 15 year old son, because my son doesnt really know his dad and wanted to go. (My ex- lives in Georgia) I signed a brief statement at my ex-'s attorneys office (which was in Sacramento county because that is where I lived) stating that He would have physical custody and I would have reasonable visitation. I thought he would be fair since for the prior 14 years I had been more than accomodating. Since last July I have called 3 to 4 times a week no response. He actually moved my son to another part of Georgia without letting me and he himself will not return my phone calls. I am going crazy! I dont have the money to fly to Georgia. Our original custody agreement was in Alameda County. How should I go about getting my son back. And also is there any legal ramifications I can get my ex for for cutting off all communications with me. I have raised my son by my self for the last 14 years, with my ex only seeing him two weeks total out of the year. He has a lot of money and is buying my sons love...Pleasse help.......

If he is not granting reasonable visitation, you may go to court and seek a change. Was the agreement you signed submitted to a court?
