Default Kidnapping

What can I do if I believe my ex-husband is planning to take my child out of the country and not return him to me after the visitation?

Default Re: Kidnapping

You can ask the court to take the child's passport or give other orders etc.

It is not that easy to get out of the country these days with just one parent.
