visitation guidelines??

visitation guidelines??
I have 2 minor children whom visit their father by court order. He has'nt been consistant with the ordered pick up time of 7:00 pm. Is there a time limit as to how long after pick up time I am required to wait for him? Can I legally deny him pick up of the children if he does not show up until noon the following day?

Yes you can. He has to follow the order.

How often is that happening?
You may be able to have the court change the order and reduce his visitation if he cannot comply with the order. |
