south dakota protection order but cant visit in visitation?

hi this is a long story but my ex has a protection order gainst me and it expires in december of 2010. She was awared the protection order because of a dispute between myself and sister. But i have the right to visit my daughter through visitation but they wont let me see her because she tells them she doesnt want to see her daddy. Keep in mind she is only two years old. But because of the po they say they cant force her to see me. Now i find out the mother moved to a different city and she has not notified anyone of this move and now i am not aware of when or where i can visit her. Is there something i can do??!?! Also i am paying almost 600 dollars in child support and i live in south dakota. I have not seen or talked to my daughter since october of 2009. Please help! Thanks!

I wish to inform you that you may enforce child visitation through court. You may inform court that mother has taken child out of present place and is not allowing you to have contact with the child despite court ordered visitation schedule. In this if there is a protection order then that protection order was against you with your ex but not with child and therefore you have every right to have your child visitation. Further it is in the best interest of child that child grows in love and care of the father. In this if the other parent has taken child with the object that you cannot have contact with the child and whereabouts of child are not being informed to you or your rights are being modified then you may also file lawsuit for parental kidnapping.

i talked to an officer today apparently its not kidnapping since she has primary full custody of my daughter since we were never married. I am beginning to believe this state is biased against the fathers. He also told me to get a lawyer but i cant afford one

In South Dakota, fathers are all guilty guilty guilty! We're the worst kind of scum, and we have no rights here.
