New Jersey. I need help with a controversial family situation I'm in. I have a son who live with his mother and her family. But the problem is the living conditions of the entire household are horrible. Alcohol and drugs are constantly seen by me when I come to visit or pick up my son. Another reason why I am reaching out for help is because over the past month or so his mother has made it extremely difficult for me to even spend time with my son. My name is Nathan Foreman, I can be reached via email at newguythanan@yahoo.com

Is there some reason you have not petition the court for custody of your child? Why are so many men so lackadaisical in fighting but have no problem whining?
Go to court and get custody. |

What you need to get to prove the things you've seen are pictures. If you have a cell phone that takes pictures, snap some pictures of the living quarters....most particularly drugs placed on display. Then you need to find yourself an attorney that will take on your case and get custody of your child. No child should be subjected the type of lifestyle that you are suggesting. If the house is in that bad of condition, just think about your child's health.
