Supervised Visits

I've written before about my brother having temporary custody of his son and his mom having drug problems as well a long list of mental problems. Well he went to court and the judge gave her supervised visits at her home 4 hrs. a week as long as her aunt was there to supervise. Well my brother has taken his son up there 5 times now with her not being there or the supervisor not being there. The supervisor wants nothing to do with it at all. She has said to my brother she doesn't want to be involved in want the mom is trying to do. Well now the mom has been kicked out of her apartment and moved to a different county. He is supposed to take his son for visits today but she no longer lives there and she doesn't have a supervisor. She called him yesterday asking to meet today so she can see her son but she has a restraing order against my brother. They can only talk about their son on the phone and that's it.

What should he do? Can he get in trouble for not taking him to the new residence even though that wasn't in the court order? He doesn't want to get into trouble either way. Any help would be appreciated.

If he is not sure how to follow the order, ask the judge. You cannot go wrong that way,
