I moved out. My husband filed for divorce. He lets me have my kid everyday since I am a free "babysitter" and I am a student so I have time during the day to spend with him. My husband lets my son stay with me on Wednesday night. I also get to see him for 3 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday. My husband says he will not willingly give up more than 24 hours with our son and I should just stop asking. I want full custody but my husband keeps dragging his feet to meet with the mediator, reply to the lawyers etc. Is there anything I can do so that my husband has to let my son stay with me more. WE don't even have an official agreement mandated by the court b/c he won't agree on anything.

you both have equal rights to the child. he doesnt have to let you see the child untill there is a visitation order, but it wont look good for him that he is not allowing you visitation. |
