Confused Help settlement conference in 4 days

I am schedule for a settlement conference this Friday. Both partied reached an agreement via e-mail and that's what I said in my settlement brief. The other party who's motion it is regarding access served me today late. They want consent to file their brief late. They say there is not agreement and attached a minutes of settlement that does not match what we agreed to and introduces new issues not in the motion before the court. Should I consent to them filing this brief late? What will Happen if I don't? The court has the brief but is waiting for my to call.
