Custody

I have a 3 week old son with my partner of over 15 years. My last month of pregnancy he changed. Never came home and decided to live on his own. We recently moved in with my mother who bought a very large home. The baby is now 3 weeks old and he has been home 4 times if that. he comes over at 11 pm and leavs at 6 pm. He is threatening to take my baby to his mothers house. I have pleaded with him everyday for the past 7 weeks to come home and try to work things out. He has done alot of ilelgal things but I was willing to put that all aside to have the family we both wanted. We never married and just lived together for several years. My baby has both of our last names and he signed paternity papers. I feel like I have been emotionally and psychologically abused in the past 7 weeks. I never denied him any visitation with the baby, but i feel threatened now.
What can I do? Custody? Child Support? OOP?

he has no rights untill a court grants him rights, so if takes off with the child, he can be arrested for kidnapping. file for custody, visitation and child support, and that will protect you

It has never been about money with me, but he has always made an issue. Since we are not married how would that work with child support. Do I not get alimony and just support for the baby? he thinks that because she is 3 weeks old all she needs is milk and diapers. What about my rent?
