Default acting as my own attorney

i am fighting for custody of my daughter .... i have won temporary custody of her over the next few months ... her mother's husband attacked my daughter's older sister and then her mother moved them in with her and her husband when the court decided not to charge him ... ACS still has record of the findings and she was given over to me .... i'm afraid that the court is trying to give her mother a chance to fix things at home so they can place her back with her mother .... what i'm running out of ideas to keep my case going while her attorney has even more time to figure out things to scheme around the hole they buried themselves in ... what should be my next move?

You could try to go back in now for a permanent order; arguing school plans, housing plans etc. have to be made --
