Question Last weekend of the month! (Texas)

For clarification. If the 30th or 31st falls on a Friday, that is the last weekend of that month, not the first weekend of the next month, correct? My X wife is trying to say that Friday, April 30th, 2010 started the first weekend of May. Please advise or give your opinion. Thank you!

She is trying to prove something wrong, I think.

It sounds like your ex is a High Conflict Personality deliberately re-interpreting the court order to suit her own selfish end.

It stands to reason, and even a child knows, that the last weekend in a month is the last weekend in THAT month. Your are correct. April 30 was the last weekend of April. May is a totally different month than April and your ex is unbelievably stupid if she cannot grasp that concept.

If she keeps up her warped shenanigans, revisit court and as that it simplify the wording to the most simplistic of terms so that even she can understand it. (or a kindergartner)

High Conflict Personalities need as many boundaries as possible so that they don't completely throw their "victim's" lives into chaos.
