Default Help!

I'm a mother with full custody of two boys. One is 16 and the other is 14.
I have been remarried for 9 years and my husband has gone to Alberta where he has secured a job that will help us fincially for our futures. I have gotten a lawyer to have the visitation changed. My ex-husband has refused the changes and is asking for ridiculous things and the thing is that he has never followed the previous court order regarding visitation. What can I do tostop a long drawn out court battle? I don't at this present time have the money to have a drawn out case. My ex is all about him and what he wants is not about the kids. Any advice or help to put me in the right direction with my lawyer so I'm not broke before I move? Thank You.

If you have to you can go to court without the lawyer--if you know what this is all about at this point. Or ask the judge to fine him for frivolous actions and filings etc.
