Child Support after age 18

I live in Texas and my son turns 18 in August. he dropped out of High School a few months ago. Am I still obligated to pay child support (after age 18) if he is taking an at home computer based GED course.
My Texas divorce decree says I stop when "the child reaches the age of 18 years, provided that, if the child is fully enrolled in an accredited primary or secondary school in a program leading
toward a high school diploma, the periodic child-support payments shall continue to be due and paid until the end of the school year in which he graduates" Now do you think this Computer based work at home GED course counts as accredited? I need to explain that this in accordance with my original Texas

The judge may very well rule you are not required to pay. You might ask the judge to review it or even send him a letter firstly and then you and your ex can appear to discuss. That is not a "school" you may argue.
