Confused never agreed to pay tuition for private school

I have a son in a private High school and his dad is insisting I pay the tuition. I have paid the tuition for Jr High and I am not capable of paying for High School. He choose to send him there aganist my wishs and now wants me to pay. I have custodial custody? Can I just put my son in a public High School.

if you have custody, you have the final say where he goes to school not your ex. further more, if he is in private school, you both should be splitting the cost of tuition, or some states go by percentages depending of if one parent makes more than the other.

id tell dad if he wants his child in a private school, he will have to fork over the money himself, but he has no right to expect or insist you pay. also remind him that YOU have legal custody, which means you get to decide where your son goes to school, not him. he sure has a lot of nerve
