Default Custody Battle (my ex-husband is a felon on unsupervised probation)
I live in Pennsylvania my ex-husband is a felon on unsupervised probation and his current listing in the state of Virginia is fugitive.The legal process as far as trying to get custody of her was started back in 2005 by him. As of April 1 he had to be out of his home and has no permanent address. My 2 questions today are can he legally fight for custody of her when he has no grounds to do so? & Does his current situation change everything?

No court will award him custody if he is a fugitive currently.
