Default Court ordered grandparents visitation

I was granted a Surpeme Court order visitation with my grandchildren, during the trial their mother took the children to Nevada. I have made numerous calls (she kept her cell phone with her New York number) but she doesn't answer the calls, although I also have weekly telphonice privelages with the children. I have been unable to to speak with my grandchildren or see them in a year. I have only recently tracked down where they are residing, and I have called Nevada and they told me that I would have to Domesticate my New York order in Vegas. She is in tota violation of a court order. I didnt know that it had to be domesticated in Nevada and I spoke with the court there that told me that I have to fly there to domesticate it and it is up to a judge whether or not he will sign on it granting me visitation. How can that be? I have a court order out of New york granting me visitation with my granchildren in nevada and also if they should move back to new york. Can someone please help me down the right road here as what I need to do... and if there is some kind of agency in nevada (similar to fathers rights groups) that I can speak with

thank you

You can still ask the NY court to issue a contempt order.

I did go to NY court refused to order a contempt stating that the children reside in Las Vegas and even though it was a NY order they are refusing to enforce it. I went to Las Vegas and they told me it is a new york order they cannot enforce it... so much for the legal system

Well NY can still hold her in contempt and punish her if she gets back to NY.

A lawyer in Nevada could probably also get the court to act there
