GF Leaving Me - Ontario, Canada

I have a ton of questions and will see if I might get them asked here

My GF has lived me for 10 years and now has decided she wants to move on in a different direction in life. We have 3 children. I live in Ontario, Canada

So question 1

1. To get into low income housing, she has stated I abuse her physically, emotionally and verbally. She is using this to get a place as the only way to get one and telling an outright lie. Should I be worried about this outcome down the road for me

2. Our children. Right now I am a stay at home Dad while she works. I want joint custody with me having prime residency in the end. I make 8000 a year on DIsability while she makes 38000 a year. I want the baby bonus as I am way better with money and need to survive in the end. Do I stand a chance in the end or will this all be split 50/50. I assume I would get spousal support anyways.

3. The house. I bought the house 16 years ago and had a 10000 dollar mortgage when she moved in. My father and I have been on the ownership from when I bought it. My mortgage was upped to 30000 a few years ago because of finances. We have separate bank accounts and she must pay me 400$ a month to help cover house costs. She has over the years stole 9000 from me to support her gambling addiction. She was to pay the taxes for her 400 a month and I finally found out she had not done for almost 3 years and just caught before my house was to have a lean put on it. Cost me another 9000 dollars. She at the same time stole 1000 that was to pay a medical bill which I had to pay. Out of the 400 a month, I usually only get half or less per month from her. Would she still get s ahare of the house and force me to sell as I want this to be the kids primary residence in the end with these numbers in place.

I wish to inform you that on separation between you and your GF the matter of child custody will be decided with the court. In this keeping the best interest of child court will decide as to who can have custody of child. As regards payment of child support, you can demand if you are having children with you from the mother of the children. Further the house belongs to you and your father and your GF cannot take because the relation is not of husband and wife. Spousal support is generally paid after marriage and not otherwise. As regards the charges levelled against you you can present any witness to show the charges are false. Generally, the one who levels charges may have to show that charges are true. However, if you are having any evidence you can show them to be false. You can present any family member or other known to give evidence in your support.
