child support payments

My ex-husband has been convicted by the Michigan state Attorney General for Non-support of our two children (now 18 & 20). He owes me over $80,000 in back child support. He owns a business that is very successful, however, when these preceeding started he changed everything into his wifes name. He has been on probation for this for 1 year. A condition of his probation is that he pay his child support. Last year he paid less than $100. Is there anything I can do to force his hand to pay what he owes? He doesn't take the probation seriously because his probation officer says as long as he pays something. So he pays $5 here and there. I can prove that he owns this business yet no one will listen. I thought my fight was over when we got the conviction. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

Ask the local DA to have him arrested. He has to pay it all.

Good luck getting him arrested! My ex was given a suspended sentence in 1997 (my daughter was six years old) for failure to pay/contempt. Guess what...he still does not pay support! I know where he lives now and have sent a copy of the order and a signed affidavit stating he does not make regular child support payments (and his address) to the Judge, State Legislators, DHR, the Attorney General, the Governor and anyone else I could think of in Alabama. He's still playing golf at the Country Club and is seen about town in his white Mercedes. I guess I don't know the right people...obviously he does.
