It's unclear where you even got the notion that you could not move anywhere you wish to, but if you are unwed, and pregnant, you can move anywhere on this globe you wish to move.

You do not need anyone's permission, consent, or even knowledge.

Of course once the baby is born, the father can if he wishes file for some custody and visitation, and then you may unfortunately be subject to court oversight.

He must first successfully establish his paternity. That requires petitioning the court for a DNA test. Only if and when he establishes paternity can he legally seek custody/visitation. He will also be subject to child support obligations.

You can move anywhere you want to at this point. Once your baby is born he can file for custody/access for the child. It's best to file an application yourself once your baby is born for custody of your child. Canada usually favors the mother and since the baby will be just born it will be most likely that you get your child. However, he is entitled to have access to his child. File, claim child support, and so on after your baby is born. A paternity test may be requested and it will drag out the situation, but he does have rights as a father.
