I need Help!!! I need to file a modification to my final judgement from 2004, but do not know how to fill the papers out. Can I get free legal help? Or can I higher a paralegal to help with the paperwork for less money. I live in FL.

Also, my ex is making threats that he will come and get my daughter this week for his weekly visit. The thing is, he doesn't have a weekly visit. It's not in the court papers. He has never asked for one before and we've been divorced since 2004. He is also saying that he can get my daughter whenever he wants and that he does not have to get her on his weekends. I could care less, if he got her at all. But he usually gets her every other weekend and now he hasn't seen her for about a month. What do I do? What if he tries to take her this week? Can I call the police?

Whatever the order says governs...have it revised if need be; if you cannot afford counsel then in some cases you can just ask the judge for a hearing and tell him what you want. Call the clerk of the court. Write out what you want in a simple letter format.
