Confused parenting time amendment

I have decided to amend the parenting time schedule my ex and I have but with out telling him. he wont find out until it is filed and I serve him. My question is if he doesn't agree with it what will happen. And I can already tell ya he is not gonna like it. Can he file another one? And if he can what do I do if I don't like his amendment? And I wont because he would rather me be out of our daughters life and her living with him. We have joint custody and I have physical Custody. We live in Oregon. Thank you, Trina
