What Do I Do Now?

My wife and I are separated because I caught her cheating on me. I have decided to file for divorce, but this evening, she packed up the kids and left for Arizona.

We live in Maryland. I am currently working in Virginia. She got upset because I would not allow her to have her "boyfriend" to stay at my house while I was gone.

She packed up everything into our car and left on the road heading west.

No chance to see my kids, tell them goodbye ... nothing.

Now I have no clue what my rights are or what my next move should be. This is tearing me up inside to not know what is happening with my kids.

Any ideas?

You can file for divorce and get an emergency order as to custody and visitation if she will not set a schedule or work with you. The judge could even order her back with the kids.
