Default taking another job...... does my CS order stay the same

i am 26, i live in GA, and i have 2 children who live in the state of WI, i am currently making a salery of 32,000 a year and am paying 753.00 in child support and 200.00 in arrears monthly, the amount owed in arrears will be paid off in this years tax intercept. I had to move in with family because i was not able to support my current family of 3 (including myself) 152 miles away from my work place, i have been traveling this distance since august of 09, i was accepted to a position closer to my residence, i took it. the salary of my new job is 26,000. will the courts adjust and base my child support off my new income, based on the conditions and wages

Yes. Petition the court immediately for a modification (reduction) in child support. You are barely making poverty level money. $753, especially if the mother is receiving any state aid at all, and if she's working, is a little high based on your salary alone. You are paying nearly $400 per child based on a salary of $32,000/year.

Now that your salary has been reduced, if you continue to pay child support as it stands, you will be living on $16,964/year. That is barely enough for one person to survive on, let alone three.

Get to court and file for a reduction ASAP.

Some questions. Was your wife working when child support was decided and how much did she earn per year? What is your custody status? Do you have them at least 40% of the time? Do you have joint custody?
