Moving across Provinces Canada
Having a heck of a time finding law resources telling me my rights.. I have a very unfit mother trying to move accross provincial borders with drug addicts. Taking my child with her. Current situation is a custody aggreement of fully shared custody. Child spends to weeks with me and two weeks with mother. No family accross border for her. Can she just up and move on me. Need to Know.. Need to know soon.

Quote:
Get a private investigator to prove she's with drug users, take the case to the clerk of the court and request an emergency custody hearing immediately on grounds of child abuse/neglect. |
