help me
if a father is not on the birth cert but knows he is the father does he have any rights with visiting???

If you go down to your local child support agency they should be able to help you start the process of establishing paternity. After paternity is established then you may have to then ask the courts for a visitation schedule, or parenting plan. You will also be required to start paying child support. Good Luck to you.
