custodial custody
Im an E-4 in the Army and im currently deployed. i am about to have a child within days and im not married to the mother. apparently i need to get custodial custody of the child to have the Army give me enough support financially to pay for the child. i need advice on how to get that kind of custody while deployed or even while back in the states. The mother is not supporting me in this issue so her help is not there. i actually dont even know what "custodial" custody even means.

You need to have court deem you the father or the mother needs to agree and list you on the birth certificate etc.
