So, I have been divorced for 13 years. I have paid my child suport faithfully. I have carried insurance for 13 years on my kids. My daughter winds up pregnant on her 17th birthday. Insurance wont pay. If she gives the baby up for addoption she will get her bills paid 100%. If she keeps the baby against my will, am I responsible to pay 1/2 of the bills?

As regards your responsibility to pay for the medical bills your liability depends upon your marital settlement agreement. In case you are liable for payment of half the bills in it then you will be liable to pay. As your daughter is a minor, therefore, the best interest of minors are to be taken into consideration.

you have no say wether your daughter keeps the baby, place it for adoption, or gets an abortion. if your co says you pay half the bills, then you pay half. you are responsibler for supporting your daughter untill shes 18, but you are not resdponsible for supporting her child, she and the child's father are
