Father lied during divorce

My mother and father were married I was conceived, my father drove my mother and I out of state to her families home. He dropped us off, I was an infant. He said that he was going to buy a pack of cigerettes and never returned. I am now 41 years old. My mother nor I have seen him since. My mother became mentally ill, spent much of her life in and out of institutions. She has never driven a car nor held a job she is concidered dissabled. My father filed for divorce and it was granted but my mother was not present at the hearing. I just found out that he lied during the divorce hearing and said that there were no children conceived while they were married. My mother never filed for child support as she was mentally incapable to do so. He has a witness that lied for him as well. My birh certificated states both parents mother and father and I am in the process of getting there marriage and divorce papers. I recently got a letter in the mail from his wife accusing me of robbing her, I have never heard anything from this woman and never met her in my life, my father passed away almost 5 years ago and I only found out by an internet search. I feel that I have been treated unfair and I would like this corrected and resolved. I was never given a choice and would like restitution.

she wrote me a letter accusing me of robbing her then went on to list a page full of items that were taken. as far as the restitution i think a court of law should decide.
