Default Responsible single father needs Urgent advice to obtain custody, kids in El Salvador !

American father Asks for advice as to possibilities of obtaining custody of kids (dual- nationals ) because he was forced to give custody in Salvador and now ex-wife ( salvadorean ) wont allow visitation & is asking for 350% more in $$$ and committed and still , indecent actions and incorrect values/examples for kids ! She is a lawyer and her lover also and they are really going to town with father , utilizing corrupt court personnel and a very very low capacity local court /judge ! What can I do from the USA or other US jurisdiction , if at all ? I hold kids passaports , could she ask consul in Salvador to give her new passaports saying that they were stollen ? Do I have Any possibilies or alternatives of obtaining custody now or in the future ??? Please help me ! Have

If you can prove to a US court that the proceedings are not fair the US court may intervene. And then you could get an order that would help you. Or the US court may at least confer with the other and that alone may help you.

Email info@worldlawdirect.com or consult other counsel if you need to pursue it or further discuss.

Thank you kindly ! I think that Would prove grave errors , enormous delays and incapacity , let alone injustice ! I have one of the best lawyers in Salvador and even she is left shocked at the way court has treated this case . How do I proceed ? Who will contact me or who do I contact ?

Did you actually appear in court there in El Salvador?

I had a similar situation.
