My huband called me 'ugly ****' in front of our 3-year old child. How can I prove it in a court so that I can get a custody? Would the judge even consider this kind of verbal abuse?

If courts listened to every case where the adults are calling each other "ugly" names in front of children, there would have to be specially made courts JUST for that alone.
There is no way that alone will get you custody. You will need much more compelling proof and allegations than that to win you full custody. Plus, since you are the mother, you don't have to do anything. In fact you can BE the abuser and still win full custody. If he's not harming the children, calling you a name is beyond ridiculous for using it as an excuse to clog up our already clogged courts over something so incredibly childish. |
