Child Custody Time owed?!?
Been divorced for 12+ years, my original papers state that I am to have my children everytime she is at
work. She has never complied, is there any way I could get time owed back to me for her contempt? |

It's been happening for 12 years?
No, you cannot get time owed back. The time has passed and time cannot be gotten back. You should have filed a Motion to Enforce when it first started happening. You can still do that, but judges will usually ask why you have let the non-compliance go on so long. |
