Confused ms g

i am from ireland i have a 7 year old daughter but i want to move to france to be with and start a new life with my partner and father of my second child......my daughters dad has guardianship but have full custody ......i am sedkng his approval and blessing above all but what if he wont give it to me ? what will my options be?? does anyone know

You will likely need to seek legal approval to move with the child.
