Ok, I have been divorced for over 12 years, We have 50/50 custody and she is now taking me back to court for child support after the papers stated there is no support the first time. She has skipped from
job to job and has a husban that can not seem to keep a job. Since I have had the same job and moved up
with my company I will now have to start to pay her. Is there any way around this in the State of Missouri?

probably not. But if the request is through the courts and not just through the child support agency, I'd recommend you get a lawyer. You likely won't have to pay much if you have a true 50/50 (if you pay insurance that counts toward "child support").
