Question CA mediation law?

to my understanding the children are not to be present in mediation unless the court requests them, correct? My ex-wife is saying that she will be bringing our kids to the mediation, regardless that our paperwork clearly states NOT to bring them. So what will happen if they do show up?

Default Re: CA mediation law?

They normally do not go--tell the mediator and he will call her.
