Default Wife's income included in the order for child support ?

I am a newly wed. Now that I am married, can my son's mother take me to court for child support and have my wife's income be included in the order for child support to have her weekly amount increased?

Not usually, but it may depend on the State you live in. Usually, it's the obligator's income they take into consideration. Your new wife has no legal obligation to help pay your child support.
