i filed for joint custody on oct 8 and the judge granted this to me and also gave me a date for mediationon dec 8 well since my x girl hasn't let me see my son the judge told her not to mess around with visitation cause she dont go for thaat and that is exactly what she is doing and now yesterday she tells me that the baby isnt mine. the reason why i started this custody hearing is because she has threatend to take my son to mexico aand now she says this i cant afford an attorney at this time i am pending my unemployment i am desperate what can i doo who will help me?
