Default Do I stay or file for divorce?
My oldest son has been living with his father for about a year now. He wanted to stay and be the only child. Recently his father was married and he wants to come back home. My ex will not let me have him without going to court. My husband allows my stepdaughter's (17) boyfriend (18) to stay the night, and when he's not here she stay's with him at his apartment. My Question is can this hurt my custody case in any way?
