PLEASE HELP

Ok just recieved call from DHS saying they took custody of my two kids from my exwife asshe failed a drug test for meth.DHS said I have to take drug test then can get kids but what do I need to do right away

Get a drug test?

Call today and ask what must be done, where to go and how soon you can get them back.

Then, call an attorney and file an emergency order for custody (especially if you don't have shared now) and get that filed. That should be resolved within 24-48hrs of filing it. Then you should start a case for permanent custody w/you (if that is what you want and think is best).
