Question WHAT DOES THE STATEMENT SUBJECT TO VISITATION BEING VESTED IN DEFENDENT MEAN?

I AM CHANGING CUSTODY TO MY EX HUSBAND AND THE PAPERS READ SUBJECT TO VISITATION BEING VESTED IN DEFENDENT AND I AM NOT SURE OF THE MEANING OF THIS AND DO NOT WANT TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY IF IT IS NOT NECESSARY.

it means subject to the defendant, whoever that is in this case, having the right to have and control custody...
