i won custody of our minor child after about a week his lawyer sent me a letter saying that he is not agreeing on the visitation rights and that i am unfit to look after the child, then he said to me that if i give him the child he will sign the divorce papers he will stop harrasing me he will leave me alone. i did not want to subject the child to all that agression he was threaterning so i gave him the child, i want to stay with my son what can i do to get him back. please help i am desperate there was never a day that passed in my sons life were i never saw him.

There is obviously much more to your story than you are telling us. Any mother I know would never just say "okay no problem, where do I sign?" You must have been scared that he could prove you are unfit. If he is aggressive, would you allow your child to be with him?
