Father's right

Hi, everyone! I will greatly appreciate for any advice in my case. I'm and my daughter got our citezenship through the marriage to American citizen(he is my second husband) 6 monthes ago. The thing is that that we would like to have a family again with my first husband who is the father of my daugther and who is not American citizen. I really adore California and we want to stay here. I'm planning to make divorce during the next 6 monthes. So the question is:What will be the best way for us to be together with my first husband. Should I marry my first husband again or it's better to be divorced and trying to make documents that the father of my dauther will take care of her.

you dont automatically get citizenship through marriage, and obviously you committed fraud by marrying this man to try tobecome a citizen. He will report you to the authorities, they will investigate, and out you go! You can start a family with husband number 1 back in whatever country you came from
