the father has his weekends and she gives him the child, no promblem but then the following weekend is hers, and he still comes and tries to get her, then he puts contempt on her,because she wont give him the child on her weekend .but then the next weekend comes,and he gets the child ect ect

YES CAN A FATHER PUT CONTEMPT ON THE MOTHER IF SHE GIVES HIM THE CHILD ON HIS WEEK ENDS . BUT KEEPS THE CHILD ON HERS. HE HAS PUT CONEMPT ON HER, FOR HER WEEKENDS. AND FORGOT TO STATE HE HAS HER ON HIS OWN WEEKENDS JUST THAT THE MOTHER WONT GIVE THE CHILD ON THE OTHER WEEKENDS THAT REALLY ARE NOT HIS .

You are asking (kind of) a question but not giving all the information requested, as far as we know the father could have every weekend custody....so stop with the caps and answer moree questions if you want an answer...

no he cannot get her for contempt for refusing to give him the child when its supposed to be her weekend.
